The idea behind Ideatic Mind is simple: more people should have the
chance to do work they care about, in companies where they can contribute, grow and feel
that they belong.
>Employer branding can bring those two sides closer, helping companies become
clearer about what they genuinely offer and helping people recognise where they can
thrive.
I have spent more than eight years working across recruitment, HR, internal
communication and employer branding, both inside organisations and as an independent
consultant.
That experience taught me to look beyond campaigns and understand the people,
decisions and everyday moments that shape what a company is really known for.
A campaign, career page or new set of messages may be the visible result, but it should
not be the starting point.
First come the harder questions: What do people actually experience? What has
changed? What is genuinely worth communicating?
Ideatic Mind creates space for those questions, turning evidence into a
direction that makes sense for both the people and the business behind it.
You work directly with me throughout the process, from the first conversations and
research to the strategic direction and final recommendations. This continuity keeps
every decision connected to what we discover along the way.
When a project needs additional expertise, I bring in trusted specialists in
design, content, research or implementation. I continue to lead the strategic direction
and remain your main point of contact.
Good strategy makes decisions easier, gives communication a more coherent direction and
helps teams connect the employer promise with the everyday employee experience.
That is why the focus stays on clarity, practical priorities and tools the team
can continue using long after the project is complete.
